padding_bottom=\u00bb0&#8243;][vc_column][vc_column_text]En la secci\u00f3n \u00abHUMEDAD \/ DA\u00d1O QUE CAUSA\u00bb, hemos visto cu\u00e1les son los problemas m\u00e1s comunes que se producen en los edificios:\u00a0<strong>acumulaci\u00f3n y cristalizaci\u00f3n de sales<\/strong>\u00a0para el transporte de contaminantes de suelos h\u00famedos,\u00a0<strong>desprendimiento del revoco<\/strong>, presencia de\u00a0<strong>biodeteri\u00f3genos<\/strong>\u00a0(musgos, l\u00edquenes) en las paredes externas, la presencia de\u00a0<strong>moho<\/strong>\u00a0en las internas,\u00a0<strong>condensaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0en las paredes fr\u00edas y mal aisladas,\u00a0<strong>infiltraciones de agua<\/strong>\u00a0por m\u00faltiples razones debido tanto a la descomposici\u00f3n de las estructuras como a causas accidentales.\u00a0Por lo tanto, incluso si nos centramos solo en los m\u00e1s recurrentes, existen muchos problemas potenciales y su reconocimiento es muy complicado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El enfoque correcto para resolver<\/strong>\u00a0los diversos problemas causados \u200b\u200bpor la humedad en los edificios es\u00a0<strong>analizar las manifestaciones de degradaci\u00f3n con gran rigor<\/strong>\u00a0y comprender cu\u00e1les son las razones, \u00fanicas o relacionadas, que est\u00e1n causando la descomposici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Especialmente en el caso de una cadena de causas, la investigaci\u00f3n diagn\u00f3stica puede ser muy compleja y, por estas razones,\u00a0<strong>debe realizarse sobre la base de un plan de evaluaci\u00f3n preciso por parte de profesionales del sector<\/strong>, con la ayuda de herramientas profesionales.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=\u00bb354&#8243; img_size=\u00bbmedium\u00bb alignment=\u00bbcenter\u00bb][vc_column_text]Para medir la humedad en una pared o revoco hay dos m\u00e9todos diferentes de enfoque:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>M\u00e9todo cualitativo,<\/strong>en el que se determina la presencia de humedad y su concentraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>M\u00e9todo\u00a0cuantitativo,<\/strong>en el que se mide exactamente la cantidad de humedad de la muestra tomada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sobre la base de las normas internacionales ISO 9001:2015 y UNI, se deben realizar dos tipos de investigaciones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Investigaciones no destructivas,<\/strong>aquellas con las cuales nada de la mamposter\u00eda se rompe o elimina.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Investigaciones invasivas,<\/strong>\u00a0aquellas con las que necesariamente debe tomar revoco u otras muestras, hacer agujeros en la pared, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_type=\u00bbrow_full_center_content\u00bb][vc_column][vc_tta_tabs style=\u00bbflat\u00bb shape=\u00bbsquare\u00bb color=\u00bbpurple\u00bb spacing=\u00bb10&#8243;
