padding_bottom=\u00bb0&#8243;][vc_column width=\u00bb1\/2&#8243; el_class=\u00bbrelative\u00bb][vc_column_text css=\u00bb.vc_custom_1616080008399{margin-bottom: 20px !important;}\u00bb]<strong>La humedad de las paredes por absorci\u00f3n de agua por permeaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n llamada humedad mete\u00f3rica, depende esencialmente de la {tooltip}porosidad del material{end-texte}<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1676 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.opus-dry.es\/file\/2021\/03\/3-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"546\" height=\"509\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.opus-dry.es\/file\/2021\/03\/3-1.jpg 546w, https:\/\/www.opus-dry.es\/file\/2021\/03\/3-1-500x466.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 546px) 100vw, 546px\" \/>{end-tooltip}<\/p>\n<p>de los cuales se compone la mamposter\u00eda y la presencia y difusi\u00f3n de cualquier discontinuidad presente en ella.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En este caso, las infiltraciones generalmente provienen de precipitaciones atmosf\u00e9ricas: lluvia, nieve<\/strong>\u00a0que penetra en las paredes a trav\u00e9s de grietas y microgrietas en el revoco, estucos de ladrillos deteriorados, carpinter\u00eda de metal y madera, marcos de puertas y ventanas incrustados en la mamposter\u00eda, etc\u00e9tera.<\/p>\n<p>Las paredes frecuentemente expuestas a la lluvia pueden humedecerse y saturarse f\u00e1cilmente, especialmente en presencia de la presi\u00f3n ejercida por el viento que puede facilitar la penetraci\u00f3n de humedad en las telas de las paredes.<\/p>\n<p>En general,\u00a0<strong>los efectos de la lluvia torrencial est\u00e1n estrechamente relacionados con la morfolog\u00eda de los edificios<\/strong>\u00a0y pueden acentuarse en presencia de cualquier defecto local en la envoltura externa.\u00a0De hecho, el revoco no solo tiene la funci\u00f3n de garantizar una cobertura uniforme del edificio, sino tambi\u00e9n la fundamental, de garantizar la protecci\u00f3n contra los efectos de la lluvia torrencial y los agentes mete\u00f3ricos en general.\u00a0<strong>En el caso de materiales porosos, la funci\u00f3n protectora del revoco es fundamental<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Para paredes particularmente expuestas,\u00a0<strong>se recomiendan revocos y\/o ayudas repelentes al agua capaces de inhibir el transporte de agua.\u00a0En cualquier caso, los revocos deben poder garantizar un intercambio suficiente de vapor entre la parte interna de la pared y el entorno externo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Las propiedades t\u00e9rmicas (aislamiento), las influencias en los procesos de condensaci\u00f3n, el da\u00f1o causado por los ciclos de congelaci\u00f3n y descongelaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como la durabilidad general del edificio tambi\u00e9n dependen de la penetraci\u00f3n de agua en la mamposter\u00eda<\/strong>.\u00a0Los fen\u00f3menos de degradaci\u00f3n de cuerpos y envolturas de mamposter\u00eda est\u00e1n de hecho estrechamente relacionados con la posibilidad de que sustancias agresivas penetren en la mamposter\u00eda.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00bb1\/2&#8243;
