La humedad en el edificio se manifiesta sobre todo si no se respetan los tiempos correctos de ventilaci\u00f3n de las habitaciones<\/strong>, previstos por las normas de construcci\u00f3n e higiene vigentes durante los\u00a0trabajos de construcci\u00f3n<\/strong>.\u00a0Durante estas intervenciones, los materiales de construcci\u00f3n retienen l\u00edquidos durante mucho tiempo, especialmente si los trabajos contin\u00faan sin respetar los tiempos de secado del procesamiento anterior.<\/p>\n

Si su casa ha sido construida por menos de 12 meses, es muy probable que haya humedad residual.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Los principales fen\u00f3menos visibles, para verificar su presencia, son el\u00a0moho en las paredes y la alta humedad en el aire interior<\/strong>, a menudo acompa\u00f1ado de un olor molesto.<\/p>\n

Basado en estad\u00edsticas documentadas basadas en el an\u00e1lisis de cientos de casas nuevas, realizadas por investigaciones instrumentales apropiadas y sofisticadas, se encontr\u00f3 que 80% de ellas ten\u00edan humedad residual del edificio.<\/p>\n

En las casas renovadas, este porcentaje fue solo del 5% (por lo tanto, en el 95% restante de los casos, los otros tipos diferentes de humedad coexistieron hasta ahora coexisten).<\/p>\n

No existe un remedio inmediato para la humedad residual de los trabajos de construcci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La mejor intervenci\u00f3n es esperar la deshumidificaci\u00f3n natural de las paredes y otros artefactos.<\/strong><\/p>\n
